Hi,
New to XPS8700 and the Windows 8.1 OS. My computer came with an SD card reader and I cannot figure out exactly how to use it properly.
I don't know where images on an inserted card are displayed and how to get images from the card to a program on the computer, such as Windows Photo Gallery, or Picasa.
I understand that to use the email function in Photo Gallery I must have Windows Mail installed but I don't find it anywhere. Is it a separate download?
There is also "Camera Roll" into which I have managed to load a few images, but I have no idea how I managed it, and cannot do it again. I also cannot do anything with the images, such as move them into Picasa for viewing or mailing with that program. There is virtually no information in the Owner's Manual. Can someone help? Thanks.
