I really need some help as my laptop is showing a a blue screen recovery error asking to use a recovery tool as a cd or usb. I bought this inspiron 17R last year and the windows cd was not in the package. Can someone help me with this issue please? i just need help to restore/fix the problem but i have no cd's or drivers. Any help is appreciated.
