Hi,
I have fresh installation of Windows 8.1 (64bit) onto my Vostro V131. I was able to install all the drivers expect of Fingerprint driver. When I download the driver from the support page - driver FPS_W8_X01_A00_Setup-3FJM6_ZPE.exe and run it, the result of installing Validity Sensors DDK is a message which says: "This software requires Microsoft Windows XP with SP3, Vista or Windows 7." and finishes the installation.
It is pretty annoying that I downloaded the W8 64 bit version, what says the first screen in installation process as well but the overall process finishes with such an error message.
Any suggestions?
Or did anybody successfully installed fingerprint on W8.1 64 bit?
