Hi,
Tried to install windows 10 via the update available pop up with no luck unsurprisingly. The update left me with the blank screen and no progress at round 50% so had to restart the laptop at which point it failed to revert back to the previous 8.1. This left the only option a revert to factory reset so when it asked me to plug in a usb to backup any personal files I did so. Problem I have now is that I have a usb full of inp files. how do I restore these files back to my laptop? The repair software doesn't read the usb they're on.
Any help much appreciated
