I plan to reset my dell XPS10 RT8.1 by fully erasing everything then reinstalling windows but I would kindly like to know the following :
1. will it require -after finishing the reset- the product key ? since a product key didn't come with the laptop , is it embedded ???
2.will this process remove the office 2013 RT home & student ? or will it reset it to its original setting ,, since I'm doing this process due to an error where the office won't open and it says license not recognized and I've tried all reasonable ways (refresh , reset , USB recovery disk ) and contacted office for assistance but they said I have to buy a new office ( but I know it can't be installed in RT as u know )
