I have an Inspirion 15 Laptop that I recently purchased from Walmart. It has a program on it called Fast Access Facial Recognition that I have tried several times to remove, but like a bad penny, it keeps showing up.
What do I have to do in order to permanently remove this program which I do not want and will not use?
