Hi,
I cannot update BIOS on my 3138, Win 8.1, user/profile of which I'm running update file belongs to administrator group in system, also tried to run the file by right-click -> run as admin - with the same result. I'd like to avoid patching by bootable USB because it didn't work for me when I've tried.
