Dell Backup and Recovery reinstall DVD on Windows 8 not working

Dear Dell,

I am  create recovery discs from "Dell backup and Recovery application" however i did it and finish successfully but when i used it when i boot up the laptop after choosing to erase all data the first disk work just fine and reach out 54% it eject and ask to (Please insert disk #2) here i have the issue,when i insert the second DVD,the optical drive didn't spin and appears the disk to be dead,it's been like these since yesterday.

Current Issue: I restarted the laptop and got this message

“Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

1. Insert your Windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your language settings, and then click “Next.”
3. Click “Repair your computer”.

If you do not have this disk, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance

Status: OxcOOOOOOf (note: these many be zero’s, not sure) 

when i tried to use the recovery disks it go all the way to same point when i insert the second disk and seems to be dead.

now i can't use the laptop anyhow so help me and provide any solution please.

I hope that someone from Dell is going to look into it and revert with a specific answer and permanent solution. (Model : inspiron 15R 5537) . Thank you
