Dell out of the box. Started it up couldn't load windows. Had to do a restore factory. Every time I shut the computer off, when it restarts it does a system repair that does not work. I was thinking all along it was windows 8.1 but it was Dell. They send you a computer with a corrupted file on it. The machine will not start. Call Dell they tell you they will resolve the issue for a hundred dollars or 190 for q year. Then the tech supposedly fixes the problem. But the machine is still booting up states it must be restored. It is crazy and if you want other restore points, you now have to pay them 40 bucks. If you use a program like glaries utilities which has restore points, Dell prevents glary from doing it. Now that I bought the tech package for 190 bucks. They give you a number to call and it gives you an answering machine and they do not get back to you. I stated I would like to send the machine back, but they tell me no I can't do that.
