i got my dell ispiron 5547 without touch on 3rd january 2015. yesterday i copied some files from my friends ext hard disk. after that 2 folders are showing in all of my drives. 1. $RECYCLE.BIN 2. SYSTEM INFORMATION........ i have tried with factory restore. bt both folders are still there. i have not created any restore image or disk. is it possible to get back that condition in which i purchased it? means brand new condition.
