I'm working on a clients computer and trying to reset to factory settings.
After I click the reboot within the backup and recovery tool, all it does is reboot. After reboot, it does NOT show any additional options as what is presented in Dell's help videos, only the typical login screen.
I'm running this on a Windows 8.1 system.
Anyone experience this?
