How can I change the operating system language in Win 8.1 for my newly bought XPS 13 laptop?
It is pre-installed in Chinese language as I bought it in China. How can I change it as I don't even know a single Chinese word? This is quite amusing but yet it is the fact in China.
Support centre is far away from me, more than 2000km away and the support phone line always busy.
Any help?
