I'v scoured the the forums and the internet for this specific problem and haven't found one like it.
Dell XPS 9530 (Factory refurbished)
Even on a new factory install, when i log in from sleep/hibernation, the desktop, and all desktop apps freeze. My mouse and keyboard work and so does everything in the windows start screen, ctrl-alt-delete, and even launching desktop applications from "Apps" menu. The applications will "un focus" when clicked and the desktop view will freeze up again.
The only work around i can use so far is to open the weather app and look at the weather map. When i close that and return to the desktop, everything works fine (this does not work if i am not connected to the internet)
Windows and Dell troubleshooters and diagnostic tools find no problems with m computer.... what do do now?
