I have contacted Dell support about this and so far have not had any fixes. The only thing I have gotten is a bunch of ill-advised Indian folks that think I simply cannot find my codes...I have shown them a full receipt of my purchase as well as the sticker containing the Vendor Purchase Order number. Can someone point me in the direction of anyone who can actually help me get Dell to put my numbers in their system? How am I supposed to get technical support on my laptop if Dell does not recognize my service codes? Btw, this laptop was purchase on 7/23/2014...a BRAND NEW LAPTOP.
