So, my Inspiron is dead and I can't get past the BSOD. I did not create recovery disc to restore to factory setting. I tried to order media disc online, put in my service tag and got this message instead:
This PC has already been registered. If you need to update your information, please use the Ownership Transfer Form located at http://www.dell.com/support.
I don't need to register or transfer ownership...I just want to order recovery disc to try to get this thing working again.
This is only 1 1/2 years old machine.
