I have an Inspiron 3521, 64 bit windows 8 laptop with audio problems - one possible fix was to upgrade to 8.1 - I went to the "store" to download the upgrade and it says I need to log on as the administrator - I AM the administrator - there's only me that uses this equipment. What gives? What's a work around the store to download the upgrade. Sooooo many problems for a new laptop - Ps. I uninstalled kb2962407 which fixed the audio mess up.
