Hi,
I am at the end of my tether trying to install this vital update on my xps13. I have searched high and wide for an answer to this and have tried all suggestions from microsoft to no avail.
Therefore as you are the ones who installed this operating system then i think it falls on you to resolve this for me.
I received error 800F0922, according to microsft this points to use of VPN or a Partition problem, neither of which i have or use.
I have tried manually installing and using the DISM tool and it still wont work, i have tried as one post suggests to disable all services running but this is not possible as the laptop just hangs continuously when this is applied, booting into safe mode wont allow the update to be even started.
Please can you fix this issue for me as currently i have a £1300 piece of hardware with an operating system that will not update, i am seriously not happy, i dont have the time to be constantly messing around on this!
