Question about some Antivirus programs

Hello,

I removed McaFee that was pre-installed when I bought my Inspiron 15z system as it didn't do any good.

Now what about these two programs, they are.

- IObit Malware Fighter

- Advanced System Care (By IObit)

Are these fake programs and harmful or good?

I ran Advanced System Care Scan, it scanned about 900 Registry Errors within Windows 8 and fixed them.
