I have just taken delivery of my new Inspiron 15R 15537 It came pre loaded with Windows 8.1 which so far is totally daunting for me to understand.
This new operating system is so complicated for a novice (and old one at that) that I have found using my laptop is becoming almost impossible for my limited understanding of Windows 8.1
Is there anyway I can uninstall Windows 8.1 and revert back to either Windows 7 or Vista which I have licensed copies of?
Besides which I cannot get my copy of Microsoft Office 2010 to download either as it keeps telling me the product key is wrong which I know is
