DELL Inspiron 3537 15 - Dell Graphic Drivers Issue

Hi,

I have an issue with the graphic drivers for the ATI video, its a Radeon 8850M. When i use the drivers from the website, games are running poorly and theres a excessive screen tearing. While when i use the drivers from the ATI website the games run fine, but when laptop goes to sleep it cant be awaken, or the video card particularly. Is there a solution to this problem or should i choose between games or having a somewhat normal funcioning laptop. Thanks for the help
