I bought this Dell Laptop last year with Windows 8. It became slow after a month or so but I was able to use it. I never installed any Application. I basically used it to watch movies and Email. Last week when i booted.it said " Checking Media " and did not start at all.
I checked in the Website and ran the diagonstic test - All shows up good. what I really need to to reset this Laptop to the Factory Default settings.
My doubt is that .. Probably my Anti Virus would have expired and thats the reason for all these trouble. Can I buy Norton or Kaspersky Antivirus and install it if my Laptop is restored to factory default settings.
