I've just received my brand new M4800 with Win 7 installed and Win 8.1 recovery media.
Since, I plan to run Win 8.1 the first thing I did I put the disc in and started the setup. However, it keeps asking me for my serial number which is not provided on the disc or any other document I received from the seller.
I've also tried to run the machine from the recovery disc which was of course possible but ended up in the same way - please enter your serial number...
I guess the S/N is stored somewhere in the BIOS and should be found automatically, but somehow it isn't. What can I do about it?
