So here is my problem I updated from my oem windows 8 to 8.1 and got the watermark that says secure boot isn't configured correctly so I downloaded the patch for windows 8.1 and all of a sudden my dvd-rw drive stopped working saying driver error, so I reinstalled the driver and got the most recent ones of the web but still wouldn't work.  Also when I try to mount any iso images with different types of programs they can't create a virtual drive as if all the drives to read discs or disc images don't work.  So I wanted to refresh or reinstall windows 8 back to factory settings but I cant get a windows 8 iso and I don't have the drivers and utilities disc that came with my computer which I left back at home in California and I'm currently living outside of the United States.  Also I have no recovery images.  So my question is, is there anyway I can do fresh install of my windows 8 oem without any disc and product key?
