i have same problem here in uae
me an my friend bought laptops inspiron 5537 , first days it was ok with old driveres but after i updated my drivers with amd new drivers this happend, i canot use sleep option as well as the shut down option i have to keep press power buton to shut down the computer, dell has to do something for this because this is a commen issue, temporary i found a solution fir this one, i removed sleep option from my power button and my computer now always workin, then i assigned the for the power button to switch off when i press the power button, now i can shut down my computor via power button, i dnt how but its working
