I recently bought a used Dell XPS which originally came with windows 7. However the previous installed windows 8 and now I am having problems with the product licensing key. I don't like windows 8 anyway but I don't know how to go about downgrading to windows 7. I have been following a lot of articles but, because I bought this laptop used I don't have any original product keys or dvds or anything. Do I have to purchase windows 7 again or is there another way to do this?
