Windows 8 switchable graphics?

I have Dell Inspiron n5110

3gb ram

300 gb hard disk

Amd Radeon hd 6470m

Intel 3000 hd graphics

Windows 8 pro 64bit

Intel core i3 2310m 2.10 ghz

So ive updated my laptop's os to windows 8 pro(previous windows 7) and i want to know if thre is a driver for amd radeon hd6470m which supports switchable graphics. i need it because it boost my frames per second in games!
