What type of DVD should i use for making a Factory Backup Disk in Dell Backup and Recovery

I tried to make a Reinstall disk ( Factory Backup ) for my Dell Inspiron 5523 but whenever i insert a DVD+R , it does't read it and says (Operation Cancelled . Distination location unavailable or not enough space on disk )

I tried to use both Like a USB Flash Drive and with a CD/DVD Player but still does't help. 

PLEASE help me with this :/
