I purchased a new laptop (Inspirion 15) for my kids for Christmas. I saw that it didn't have the updated Windows 8.1 OS so I began to download it, but after 3 huors it wasn't 30% done so I stopped it and restarted the download, which also took 2-3 huors, but it finished and i turned if off. Now when i turn it on the laptop it blinks and won't allow me to use any apps. I am very frustrated with this. Is the Windows 8.1 operating system really that bad?
