I would highly appreciate if someone could help me restore my laptop to factory settings (or rollback my OS from Windows 8.1 to Windows 8) as it is when shipped out. I am so exhausted finding a possible solution to this problem.
I have faced many problems with the upgrading (from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1.) and my pc has become slow. F8 does not work, as advised in many forums.
I just want my laptop back to its original factory settings. i don't want the windows 8.1.
