Few weeks ago, i had a mobo replacement in my Dell Inspiron 7720 SE, and the technicians forgot to replace the service tag in the new motherboard. After I received it i upgraded my SO to Win 8.1. The bad news is that i can't make my soundcard work properly with 8.1, so when y try to make a fresh instalation with my OEM win8 CD it asks me for a software key. After a lot of web search I still can't find any way to have my key again. So i ask you if is it possible to have it again?
