Hey People.
I am following the instructions on how to restore my factory defaults but I am getting an error coming up, this is the error code: 80070490
Anyone know what this error is and how to resolve it? This is stopping me from doing any restores.
Also when my laptop boots up now, it goes to a black screen and displays this message: Media check [fail] what is causing this & how do I resolve it?
