I recently installed a new hard drive in my Studio laptop. Now, when I try to install the driver for my HP Photosmart printer, I get a Runtime error message. There is no error number associated with it. The message reads:
Runtime Error!
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
This happens when I try to load the original disk as well as when I try to download from HP.
Can anyone help me out with this? Any advice?
