when using the recovery medium to install Windows 8 (Windows 8 Recovery Media for Windows 8 Products 64-bit), trying to activate the .net 3.5 Feature results in a failure (file not found, no matter if installed via features gui or e.g with "dism /online /enable-feature:netfx3 /source:D:\source\sxs /LimitAccess" where d: is the DVD drive with the recovery media in it).
For testing purpose, I used a volume license iso download, the installation from there doesn't result in file not found error when activating the feature (tested with dism).
Can someone confirm this? Tested with 2 Recovery Medias (P/N H2WW Rev. A00), both resulting in same error. If confirmed, is there a newer Rev of this media, and where could I get it?
