I took up the opportunity of the free Windows 8.1 upgrade but I have had a problem with some software and I need to refresh my computer.
Every time I go to 'Refresh your computer without affecting the computers files' the working icon shows then a notice saying 'Some files are missing. You will need these files to proceed'
I received Windows 8 wit the Laptop and therefore have not got the Windows Key, this means I cannot go through with the installation manually.
What can I do to revert back to my old settings, or at least refresh Windows 8.1 so I have the basic apps?
