Recently, my computer XPS 8500 does not go to sleep after the setting time period. Only the monitor is turned off while the computer is still on I have check the steps from below link:

It does not work.
When I press the sleep keyboard button, it shuts down, not sleep, the computer. It is very annoying. Could you help me? Thanks,
