I had to call Dell to redo my comuter due to problems that were due to incorrect start up at purchase. I am having trouble navigating through the windows 8 application. I also tried to defrag my laptop, but when even the Dell tech went in, there is an item that says "volume" 90 % fragmented. I cannot access it though, and the tech said it is not part of my system. Never the less I have slow start, and this keeps popping up with the other items to be defragged. The system says it does automatic optimizing, yet this is not working properly.
