well tell me how this stuff works,
i have dell inspiron 15z with 500 Gb hdd originally with laptop want to swap to 120 GB ssd but i cant because have no media to reinstall and whole system is on hard rive...
i tried to make recovery usb with the originally preinstaled software from dell but when i start to install system to ssd it gives me error message that new hard drive must be at least 465 GB
i tried to copy partition i tried to make recovery image with another software it just doesnt work. when i tried install win from other cd it refuses the serial number even when i used same version. instead of that dell try to kill my mood why dont they just dont prepare the dell backup and recovery software for easier use and for ssd drives too ?
i will gladly appreciate any help
