Hi I am so frustrated. I have had this computer a little over a year and have already had to buy a new hd and install it. I have everything else reinstalled back onto my system except the 3rd party software that came with my system. I am desperately needing help downloading my 3rd party software that came with my computer. when I go to dell smartsource to download I get the following error:
The server was unable to process the request due to an internal error. For more information about the error, either turn on IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults (either from ServiceBehaviorAttribute or from the configuration behavior) on the server in order to send the exception information back to the client, or turn on tracing as per the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 SDK documentation and inspect the server trace logs.

The download manager then hangs and I cannot get it to do anything. I then have to go to task manager to shut it down. I contacted Dell twice. The first time I was sent around to four different people and then hung up on while I was waiting. the second time I called, I was hung up on in conversation while I waited for the tech to help me. Anyone who has the alternative link or who can help me fix this error would be greatly appreciated. I just want to get this loaded back onto my system and run it the way it should be run. a new computer should last longer than a year and 4 months!
Thank you for your assistance!
