Hello everybody,
I would like to clean install Win 8 Pro on my 9020 AiO but I am facing some problems.
After booting from the Win 8 DVD, the first phase of the installation starts (gathering system infos). At this point the procedure stops complaining that there are some missing device drivers (but no device nor drivers are specified unfortunately).
The alert popup asks to insert a cd/dvd/usb with those drivers, but do not have any drivers nor I have any idea which drivers I should provide.
Has anyone come across this problem? How can I go about solving this?
Shall I download allthe drivers from the Dell support site and put them in a usb stick or something and then provide them to the installer? Would this work and exactly how should I keep this files (exe from Dell? extract them?...)
