I have a GX-620 and have been trying to get windows 8 installed on it...
The MS compatibility wizard says that everything (apps) should work, but 2 or 3 may need to be re-installed...
However, I can't get Win8 to install...
I select download updates and it does... Then it says that windows is restarting, please wait... after a minute or two a box appears saying sorry, something went wrong (but, it doesn't say what)...
I've tried a few times... if it doesn't actually restart, that's all it does, restart, and restart, and restart... finally, after restaring five or six times it says that windows cannot install on this computer and that it's resetting everything to original condition... which halfway works...
I've tried 3 different GX-620's... two with XP pro... and one with Vista (all 32 bit)...
All with the same results... Windows 8 will not install on them...
I, of course, will appreciate any constructive help that can be offered...
