I'm running Win 8 with the "Balanced" Power Plan, there's an option called "Turn off Hard Disk after".
By default the turn off time is set to 20 min. I wonder whether I should leave the windows default setting or should I change to "0", so the hard disk doesn't turn off when inactive,
because I read somewhere, the more the HDD is turned on and off, the more it's prone to failure.
