After upgrading to windows 8.1, AMD HD Radeon 8730M graphics driver (supported on Inspiron 15 3521) does not work properly.
After installing the graphics driver and setting a game application to High performance, it doesn't work and the game crashes. But when I set it to Power Saving, it only uses Intel HD Graphics 4000 but too slow. Moreover, after waiting a while after installing AMD, the screen goes blank and I have to restart my device and then I won't be able to run the Catalyst manager at all until I re-install the driver.
I have tried re-installing the windows and still the same problem. However, it works properly on windows 8 and 7. I also tried downloading the latest version from AMD's official website and a previous version from another website, but these two failed at installation.
I want AMD HD Radeon 8730M graphics driver installer that will work on windows 8.1 64-bit.
