Hello all,
Well I'm having trouble with the key for my system. When I try and use it to upgrade it fails and is reported back as not a good key. When I try and get answers off the Dell site and my tag number is reported as invalid. Dell site reply's back that the tag number is not valid. This is starting to be a pain.
System Tag is <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy> - reported to be invalid?????
When trying to update to windows 8.1 product key is invalid??????

trying to get email help from tech department is impossible also. it would be nice to just post a email address for tech support. Why make it impossible?????
