UEFI Install Windows 8 Inspiron 15R SE 7520

I'm trying to install Win 8 on my Inspiron 15R SE 7520.  If I enable UEFI boot and leave legacy boot enabled I can see the HDD.  If I disable legacy, I can no longer see the HDD.

I'm running BIOS A09 (the latest) on the laptop.  What settings do I need to make so that I can install Win 8 in UEFI mode?

Do I need an additional driver if I disable legacy mode?
