I have got Dell Backup and Recovery Premium, Windows 8 on my E5530. I have recently done a system restore onto an external HDD. This took about 3 hours with the disk lights flickering, and about 100GB extra is now used on the external disk. I have about 190GB used on my C: drive. When I look in the Backup and Recover app under the backup tile I am expecting to see a green arrow[1] by my external drive to say a backup is present and I don't. Under activity logs it shows a backup made yesterday. Under the recovery tile the only backup listed is Factory Image from way back in March, I don't see the backup I made yesterday.
So, have I got a backup or not?
