After I upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1, several icons are missing from the taskbar. For instance, Dell QuickSet and Realtek HD Audio Manager. When I try to change the behavior to Show Icon and Notifications, I get the subject message. How do I get these icons to display in the taskbar like they did before I upgraded to Win8.1?
