I have a Dell XPS 8500 running BIOS version 2.15.1226 revision A10 with build date 10/19/2012. My keyboard and mouse are Microsoft Wireless Desktop 6000. Ever since my upgrade from Win 8 to Win 8.1, I have experienced intermittent keyboard and mouse problems where mouse clicks are not recognized and my computer is missing keystrokes. I have tried other wireless mice with the same problem.
I read in another forum that others have experienced this issue with Dell and other computers. A workaround is going into the BIOS and turning off Intel XHCI mode. This is not an option with my BIOS. Does anyone have a solution to this issue? Thanks!
