Windows 8 Single Language for Dell Inspiron 15R 5521 INQUIRY

Hi,

I'm with the 15R 5521 laptop.
The problem that I face is the dell recovery and backup program are totally wrong (i think so) as the factory image for the laptop need 81.4gb.
I would like to format my laptop since my laptop become very slow,but the  dell recovery and backup program made me INSANE!
So , would you please send me a Windows 8 Single Language OEM to me?
