I just recieved my Dell Inspiron 17R SE 7720 and on my first login was prompted to create a factory backup. I attempted to do so with DVD, after burning the first disc it prompts for a second disc but rejects all additional discs. When attempting on multiple different USB drives I recieve a message "Error occured" and am unable to continue. Due to attempting mutliple times, I now have multiple copies of the first recovery media disc. I am extremely frustrated at the waste of my blank media, this computer should have come with the media in the first place! Someone from Dell please respond and tell me how I am supposed to get a copy of the recovery media for my computer when your software for creating that meda is faulty?
