I have a dell laptop 15R 5521 bought almost 4 years back. During that time itself, i created a Factory reset backup DVDs using Dell Backup and recovery software. During that time OS was Windows 8 and i have continuously updated the system and now using Windows 10.
Now last week my hard disk got damaged, so i replaced it and am trying to reinstall using those DVDs, but could not install. It is showing a message like
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.
Status: 0xc0000185
Info: A required device is not connected or can't be accessed.
Now please help me what to do to reinstall the windows using those DVDs. It was a total of 4 DVDs and i started this process with 1st DVD. Just for information.
